Responsibilities
- Actively create a pool of candidates for sourcing through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.
- Handle the recruitment process to hire the most suitable talented employees for the company. Including screen, shortlist, interview, reference checks, offer preparation for potential candidates.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.
- Ensure the consistent fulfillment of the monthly recruitment goal.
- Collaborate closely with the hiring teams at company, ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience.
- Conduct staff onboarding and orientation for newly hired.
- Other related tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Lead.
Requirements
Hard skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT Industry, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its unique challenges and dynamics.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Proven skills in networking and negotiating, adeptly identifying and engaging top talent.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools for streamlined processes and data management.
Soft skills:
