Responsibilities
1. Recruitment activities (70%)
- Actively creating a pool of candidates for sourcing through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.
- Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company. Including screening, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and offer preparation for potential candidates.
- Conducting staff onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Taking responsibility for company employer branding at Job Fair events and other activities.
- Building up and maintaining a good relationship with universities to support recruiting activities and branding.
2. Operation activities in Hanoi branch (30%)
- Collaborate and celebrate Events in Hanoi branch. PR events in Hanoi branch.
- Collect documents of employees and send them to the C&B team.
- Collaborate and work with P&C in engaging employees.
- Work with the training team to develop humans in Orient Corp.
- Handle offboarding employees in Hanoi processing.
- Other related tasks are assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- From 04 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role in the IT field.
- Strong recruiting and networking skills.
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English) and negotiation
- High sense of service, and responsibility, focusing on solutions and results, having a positive and can-do attitude.
- Good analytical skill.
- Ability to think out of the box and take initiative in the tasks assigned
- Desire to work in the Technology industry and dynamic environment with a high adaptation level
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other working tools.
