Challenge
Plenti’s goal was to scale up and thrive in the fast-paced consumer finance market and become Australia’s “high-growth fintech giant”. Plenti took a step forward to empower its business model and modernize its current system to stay ahead of the competition. In addition to the overall system enhancement, Plenti expected to build more new features, improve its application’s UI/UX, strengthen the credit processing feature, and other requirements.
As such, the company sought out qualified developers who would be able to boost the performance of its current team with advanced technologies, enabling business growth at an accelerated rate while also maintaining stability on legacy systems.
Nonetheless, it was tough to build up a squad of IT experts in Australia and especially in a short time. So, Plenti decided to extend its current team with offshore developers. Despite the difference in time zone, Orient’s team managed to conduct the development process smoothly, follow up with the continuous updates on requirements from Plenti, and accomplish them all on time.
