Once a year, Orient people leave works aside and spend time together for Team Building Trip during a weekend. Purposes of the event are to focus on staff unity, to train self-organization in practice, to level up our team skills and to celebrate Orient success and good performance over the last year.
Different from previous trips, this time we went abroad, Koh Rong Samloem island – remote sandy beaches located south of Cambodia.
After bus travels and forgetting tropical heat, people soon engaged activities with enthusiasm, fun, and laughs. Our young and awesome people took part in team building games, performed shows, tasted delicious Cambodian seafood meals such as prahok, swam in the crystal-clear ocean, photographed the amazing landscape and relaxed with nature for three days.
We challenged our people to the new environment and new experiences. It was a great source of enjoyment and refreshment for the whole team. Orient people are not only skillful and hardworking, but also adventurous. We are willing to try different things, and take exciting ventures. And we do it with passion.
Regardless of positions, responsibilities, and length of service, we worked hard over the past 12 months to reach targets, to deliver great software to clients. Therefore, the trip is one of fantastic ways of acknowledging and rewarding people for their efforts and collective contribution.
